AICE Media Studies

It has been five months. Five months working with my fabulous and supporting group mates. They have truly made this class more fun and interesting. They have also tremendously helped me throughout the projects and assignments. I am grateful that we are able to be in groups for the projects because I would have had a lot of anxiety and issues if that was not the case. Each one of us contributes equally to the makings of the projects. We all do our part, and the final result always ends up satisfying. We all enjoy meeting up and taking action into the film and editing making. We are all very lucky that we enjoy having this class because it does not truly feel like work. For the final task, I have decided to stay with them. Why? Because I have no reason not to. I am close with each one of them, and we all easily have fun. My name is Lili Amblard. I am currently sixteen years old, soon to be seventeen. I am born on April 5th 2005 in France. I moved to America in 2017, barely knowing any English. It has been a difficult journey to live away from my family and to live in a while another continent, with a whole different culture. But somehow, I got used to it, became bilingual, and got familiar with the cultural differences. First, I lived in Miami for around two years, went to an international middle school where I met French people who made my adaptation easy. However, because I only hung out with them, my English could not improve. After two years, I moved to Fort Lauderdale, and entered an American private high school. There, everyone was American, so I had no choice but to put myself out there and make friends in English. It was a hard process, but totally worth it. Within a year, I was fluent. After that, I applied to another High School because it offered a Cambridge exam. I got accepted, and enrolle
